मैं आपको आज एक ऐसे शख्स की शख्सियत के बारे में बताने जा रहा हु, जिनका नाम है श्री Manoj Kumar Sharma. लेकिन आज की तारीख में उनका नाम, IPS Manoj Kumar Sharma से पहचानी जाती है. जो 12वीं में असफल जरुर हुए थे, जीवन में भी कई बार असफलता जरूर मिली लेकिन कभी जिंदगी में हार नहीं मानी। उनका जीवन इतना संघर्षपूर्ण रहा है की जिसने भी इनकी कहानी सुनी है उसकी आँखों में आंसू आ गए हैं। 12वीं में फेल होने के बाद भी मनोज कुमार शर्मा हार नहीं मानते हैं, खुद से पढाई का वादा करने के बाद पैसा न होने के कारण पढाई के लिए एक आटा चक्की में काम किये।
